What You'll Do/Need
The Investments and Partnerships Financial Analyst works with Business and Technology partners to assist in all aspects of potential partnership, acquisition and investment activities.
Responsibilities - Assist in all aspects of potential partnership, acquisition and investment activities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of opportunities including valuation analysis, unit economics, target identification, due diligence research and post-deal integration planning
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Track and update market environment, including industry trends, competitor information and acquisitions in related industries
- Communicate results of financial analysis, research and due diligence to senior management
- Help with internal coordination of cross-functional teams during due diligence, execution and integration phases
- Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards
Requirements - Bacheloregree required, preferably in finance or accounting
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
