Skills/Requirement
- Expertise in iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3, and other mobile frameworks/accelerators
- Experience with mobile analytics
- Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer-facing mobile software systems using industry standard environments including iOS, Android, PhoneGap (Apache Cordova), and Windows Phone
- Experience with Objective-C, Java, HTML5/JS/CSS3
- A thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, iOS, Android, and enterprise in mobile application integration
- Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Key Responsibilities - Act as a key Business analyst for the Mobility application delivery/maintenance team
- Should have experience writing and reviewing business requirements at the user and system level
- Should be comfortable dealing with difficult stakeholders and opinionated developers and architects during facilitated sessions and during the development lifecycle
- Should be experienced in developing relationships with senior level customers
- Development and deployment of formal business analysis methods and tools to govern and control programs
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to deliver and manage requirements to schedule, budget and scope; support provided as required and requested
- Should be able to work under general supervision; direction is specific and work is reviewed by supervisor at frequent milestones
- Should be able to work on occasional evening and weekend to meet deadlines
- Good to have user story writing and agile experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to map given business requirements into required technology components and designs
- Provide inputs to delivery teams on functional areas for executing projects
- Provide clarifications, training and support to the development teams during the construction phase
- Challenge the customer requirements when required
- Understanding the requirements to analyse the gaps and create a solution for implementation.
With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience: You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.
Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
- Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor's Degree.
- Certification: Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.
- Must have experience in Package Configuration.
- Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
- Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
