The Design to Deliver Team works with our supply chain team to develop and deploy software solutions. You will be joining a team of Systems Analysts that are managing deployments and upgrades all the way from requirement gathering to full deployment. Our Systems Analysts are key in the deployment of our Oracle EBS system, and have the freedom to work with their designated functional teams in a self-directed manner.
How you would contribute to the role:
As the IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of Oracle EBS in our supply chain area. After the solution is fully deployed, you will be assisting your cross-functional teams with enhancements based around their requirements as they get acclimated to the Oracle EBS system. Daily, you will be meeting with project teams, doing investigative groundwork into potential solutions, and then leading the implementation for those solutions. You will be working on various projects in a fluid environment. You will also serve as a coach and mentor to less-experienced Analysts.
What skills and background will be important to be successful:
- Minimum 6+ yearsperience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Experience working with Oracle EBS in terms of deployment, setup and configuration
- Experience working with Supply Chain
- Experience leading a software deployment project
- Proven experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- International experience with software deployment is a plus
- BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Lean Six Sigma or Agile experience is a plus
