The eCommerce Compliance Analyst is our internal expert who thrives on unbundling complex requirements and creating intuitive processes that drive efficient, compliant operations for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Create and maintain quality PriceBook assignments in the OpenInvoice PriceBook tool
- Establish requirements with Commercial and PriceBook teams to drive prepayment systematic price compliance
- Resolve invoices in the OpenInvoice Queue with PriceBook alerts
- Enhance the quality of rate structures to achieve higher prepayment price compliance
- Provide support to Oildex on roadmap initiatives that improve the effectiveness of PriceBooks
- Troubleshoot issues, document new requirements, and provide solutions that enhance adoption of the OpenInvoice PriceBook tool
Essential experience and job requirements
- Act as liaison with Commercial and PriceBook teams to optimize processes and drive implementation of the OpenInvoice PriceBook tool
- Ability to influence Commercial, PriceBook, and Supplier adoption of OpenInvoice PriceBook tool
- Partner with Commercial teams on the development of rate structures
- Execute root-cause analyses that improves the accuracy and efficiency for the PriceBook process
- Drive continuous improvement of the OpenInvoice PriceBook tool using data analytics
- Collaborate with IT to implement future enterprise applications
- Lead training and operational support with Commercial Teams and Suppliers
- Solicit information (including outside vendors) to identify areas of improvement with the OpenInvoice PriceBook tool
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelors required
- Minimum 5-10 years of e-commerce, invoice compliance, audit or commercial experience is required
- Oil & Gas experience preferred
- Strong understanding of EDI, Oildex (formerly ADP) OpenInvoice, OpenInvoice PriceBooks, Outline Agreements, IDOC failures and SAP
- Strong understanding of electronic invoicing supplier submission types rect Entry, LIDO, B2B
- Has in depth knowledge of B2B suppliers and the challenges associated with that supplier submission type
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables) is required to perform data analytics
- Spotfire reporting experience preferred
