NHS is currently seeking PRN Activity Assistants to join our NHS IDD division in our Harrisburg, PA location.

POSITION DETAILS - The activity Assistant interacts with and supports the individuals we serve in a variety of settings including the community, family or individual homes, but mostly the Adult training facility (ATF).
- The position provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship and support according to the individual's person centered plan/individual support plan (ISP).
- They provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity and contentment of all consumers served.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
