Clarins is offering an exciting opportunity for a National Vice President, Sales. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales - Groupe Clarins USA, and is based in our New York City office.
Role Mission: This position will establish CFG/Puig brands as top selling in each account, correctly utilizing resources of the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve all Retail Sales objectives as budgeted for each brand
- Represent all brands with integrity and professionalism ; be able to articulate the essence and strategy of each brand with the external clients/ retailers
- Manage, coach, motivate, and provide constant communication / feedback to the Sales Force consisting of Regional Vice Presidents and Fragrance Sell Thru Account Executives. Conduct Performance Reviews
- Work closely with 2 Heads of Sales to understand brand strategies and expectations; communicate these strategies to the Fragrance Sales Force; ensure execution of these strategies
- In conjunction with the Regional Vice Presidents, work closely with local and national retail teams to negotiate best space, location and highest visibility for brands in the portfolio
- Accountable for meeting required financial goals while maintaining budgetary requirements
- Report major stock issues to Key Account Directors
- Regular communication/feedback with management team regarding brands performance
- Strategically allocate and manage the freelancer budget for each division
- Using reports provided by the company ,analyze the business regularly and take appropriate actions to ensure objectives are achieved
- Administrative responsibilities including trade relations, awareness of the competition, while maintaining integrity, image and philosophy of the company
