Position Title: RP VP, Strategic Accounts
External Description:
Position Objective: The RP Vice President, SANA is responsible for the development, management and growth of strategic business relationships within Randstad Professionals for gecounts. This position will provide strategic clients and the Company with a primary point of contact for accountability and responsibility.
Position Summary: Lead/Grow/Develop:
- Pipeline, interview and select new hires & on-boarding effectively ensuring that new hires are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, training and tools to effectively execute their jobs.
- Communicating organization's objectives and expectations while holding people accountable through performance measures.
- Encourages, recognizes and rewards innovation and achievement
- Motivate employees and conduct quarterly Great Conversations. Ensuring Individual Development Plans & MAP goals are in place for each employee.
- Accountable for teams' career mobility, retention, and engagement
Greater Strategic Focus:
- Will identify, develop and manage business relationships with strategic and/or strategic accounts. Develop process, strategy, and skills to improve sales productivity
- Strategic leader by example particularly in the area of sales production
- Skilled at developing, managing, and monitoring business plans, and adjusting as required, meeting sales and profit targets within predetermined budgets
- Demonstrated financial and general management skills. Clear record of financial performance growing a profitable line of business through people leadership and analysis of key business indicators
- Foster strategic alliances externally and build a collaborative relationship with internal leaders
- Develop and maintain key business partnerships & client relationships
Education: - Bachelor's degree required
- Master's level work a plus
Work Experience: - 10+ years of successful leadership experience
- 8 to 10 years of sales or operational management experience preferably at the Senior Leadership level within the staffing industry
- Demonstrated background in Finance and Accounting is required with experience in Sales, Marketing and Human Resources additionally preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Enthusiastic/charismatic leader with ability to influence, inspire and excite others, both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to lead a functional area of the company and make both sound and critical business decisions by solving difficult business issues with creative solutions

- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels, internally and externally
