Position Title: RCS Area Vice President
External Description:
The Area Vice President is a strategic leader with territory management responsibility. This person is responsible for driving profitable growth of a specified geography; managing a P&L, and maintaining relationships with C- level contacts within the client's organization while ensuring consistent RCS product delivery and compliance.
The AVP will manage 4+ accounts and/or generate revenue of 25+ million and will:
- Lead and develop account teams to optimize service delivery to clients and produce measurable and cost effective results that align directly with client's business drivers
- Build, maintain and grow strategic partnership with the clients and Alliance Suppliers through a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance
- Develop and effectively communicate quarterly sales strategy and tactical operations plans to drive profitable growth and retention of current book of business
- Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of sales efforts against activity targets - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to achieve financial objectives of assigned contracts and areas, including operational improvements, expense management, account growth, and revenue and contribution attainment
- Monitor and control costs and bear responsibility for full P&L and work with senior management to ensure profit of the business, adherence to the contract and SLAs, and to seek out opportunities for improvement
- Achieve budget profitability and identify opportunities for new revenue streams in partnership with Director of Business Development by selling and implementing new business opportunities and supporting the sales process locally and nationally
- Ensure appropriate business controls are in place to satisfy audit requirements and to protect customers and company assets
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 7 year of business experience with a minimum of 1 year in staffing
Additional Qualifications: - Master's level work a plus
- Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pace environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
