Position Summary The Project Manager Assistant's primary responsibility is to generate and format client specific reporting tables and assist project managers, login staff, and sales representatives as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Utilize Excel to format data reports based on specific client requests.
Process online forms to the State to assist with client regulation compliance.
Assist with scanning, filing and sorting of documents.
Follow all SGS Accutest Safety, Ethics and Quality practices.
Participate in staff meetings.
Read, understand and perform all applicable laboratory SOPs as written.
Maintain all required documentation with accuracy and clarity.
SUPERVISION
Receive guidance with respect to general objectives; in the majority of tasks and projects assigned, determine methods, work sequence, scheduling, and how to achieve objectives of assignments; operate within specific policy guidelines.
Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six months to one year related experience and/or training
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
Good communication, computer, typing and alphanumeric data entry skills are required.
LANGUAGE/MATH/REASONING ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing and spreadsheet.
