Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the development and execution of the Company's global investor relations program, including strategy, policies, operating plan, and budget. Establishes the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
2. Collaborates with the Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Public Affairs Officer to create the company's external and internal messages, to ensure all communications are integrated and consistent and that the Company is adhering to applicable disclosure regulations.
3. Provide strategic counsel to Molson Coors senior management regarding IR strategies, dynamics that affect the Company's stock price, corporate disclosure (with Legal), and investor perceptions and priorities. Ensure that leadership evaluates strategies in the context of the market's feedback about potential, value, weaknesses and strengths. Inform the Board of Directors regarding dynamics that affect the Company's stock price and investor perceptions and priorities.
4. Serve as principal company spokesperson to the investment community on issues affecting the company's overall valuation and reputation.
5. Lead the creation of periodic feedback reports for senior management and the Board of Directors about the company's stock price, relative stock price, brokerage analysts' estimates and perceptions, oral perceptions and opinions from analysts and investors, industries and peer company performance, and the stock market. Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function.
6. Provides Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons. Manages the Investor Relations portion of the company website. Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives.
7. Analyses and provides feedback to management regarding the impact of certain actions including stock repurchase programs, dividend policy etc.

Qualifications Skills or Professional Experience
· 15 years related work experience in investor relations and related disciplines of finance, planning, strategy, treasury, accounting, etc. (beer industry or sell/buy side research a plus).
· IR experience with a large-cap Fortune 500 company or IR consulting firm and will have demonstrated knowledge of investor relations practices and SEC regulations regarding disclosure of corporate information.
· Excellent leadership capability, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability, including in preparing and scripting executive presentations.
· Seasoned counsellor to the CEO/CFO/ELT and manage meetings between these leaders and investors/analysts - and conducting solo investor meetings and roadshows with investors.
· A thorough understanding of the company's financial statements, investor relations strategies and strategic communications, along with financial and investment analysis skills.
· An outstanding reputation with the investment community, based on credibility, consistency, visibility, access, and depth and breadth of knowledge.
· This individual must be able to understand and communicate complex financial issues including internal and external financial models.
· A proven track record in t-in-classvestor relations processes and methodologies.
· A proven relationship builder for internal and external stakeholders, based on credibility, consistency, visibility, access and industry knowledge.
· Ability to travel 15+ investor and other business trips per year in North America and globally

Job Summary Molson Coors seeks a Global Vice President of Investor Relations which leads the development and execution of the Company's global investor relations program, including strategy, operating plan, budget, and the detailed execution of the IR operating plan.
This role (professionally referred to as the Investor Relations Officer) reports to the CFO, and works closely with the Molson Coors CEO and other members of the Molson Coors top leadership team to develop communications for the top leadership team to deliver to investors and investment analysts to ensure they understand the investment case for the company.
