The Field Services Organization within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management focuses on the strategy and business management for our 7,000+ Field Services employees located in our nationwide branches. These employees play a critical role in delivering first class service to Morgan Stanleyinancial Advisors and clients.

The Field Services Communications & Events Associate Vice President will work with the Director of Communications and Events to plan and deliver an integrated communications program to the Field Services organization. This position will play an important role in the communication and execution of nationwide training programs and meetings. In this role you will need to partner with key stakeholders across the organization including marketing, compliance, legal, corporate communications and business networks.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Implementing the training strategy and communications coordination for the Field Services organization
- Delivering timely and relevant communications of our programs across all channels and ensuring all communications support broader objectives
- Coordinating onsite meeting event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and budget tracking
- Maintaining the national events calendar and Field Services websites to reflect accurate timelines and information
- Synthesizing information into meaningful deliverables/presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with business partners across the organization
Qualifications Education and/or Experience - Bacheloregree required
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services industry

- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to leverage available resources to work efficiently
- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation delivery skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a significant workload with various deliverable dates
- Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive a project to completion
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
