The Senior Vice President of Product Management (SVP) is responsible for the development and execution of product strategy that will leverage appropriate technology and partnerships, create meaningful competitive differentiation, and yield sustainable value in terms of revenue and profitability. This leader must prioritize and allocate resources against an array of simultaneously-running projects, make strategic build-"rent"- partner decisions, and oversee new products from conception to market and into ongoing maintenance.
The SVP reports directly to the CEO, and is a key member of the Executive Team. The SVP supports the development of organizational strategy that will drive the growth and profitability of the business. The SVP works with leadership to align the company around product strategy to position both the product team and the company for success.
The SVP is the manager of the day-to-day execution of all product activities for the purpose of meeting the product and business's goals of the company. The SVP leads the product management team, overseeing team projects and providing support as needed. In addition, the SVP is responsible for the ongoing mentorship, growth and development of product management staff.

Responsibilities: - Leads the development and execution of product strategy. Manages the entire product lifecycle from translating customer needs, assessing technology trends and competitive threats to realizing business opportunities in a transparent and scalable manner.
- Formulates a product vision, and communicates that vision to the organization.
- Leads the product management team, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to staff.
- Leads continuous market research, keeping abreast industry changes, technology trends, competitor solutions and the evolving needs of partners and clients.
- Reviews, refines, and supports the development of product-related sales and marketing strategies, including product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Maintains strategic relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Minimum Requirements: - 5+ years of senior-level product management experience, preferably an executive-level role in a complex business setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Engineering or a closely related field.
- Keen analytic, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving skills that support and enable sound decision making.
- Expert ability to facilitate collaboration, resolve conflict and identify solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients, prospects, partners, and attend industry-related trade shows.
