POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President with planning, coordination, implementation, execution, of CUSG sales and league relations strategies, including analytics, research, presentation development, and project management. This position also acts as a liaison on assigned projects between the SVP and corporate marketing, sales and Love My Credit Union Rewards (LMCUR) operations team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Work closely with the SVP to achieve corporate objectives in CUSG sales, league partnerships and LMCUR
- Supervise sales efforts for CUSG and GSTV (director of national sales, GSTV sales and Technology Sales)
- Execute on and manage projects as assigned.
- Through research build best in class innovative reporting and analytics to advance CUSGs' capabilities in support of robust service offerings and in-market capabilities.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance to identify, design and deliver actionable research findings.
- Develop a plan to disseminate and present available research to relevant audiences (both general staff and top leadership) on an ongoing basis.
- Develop presentations for various audiences for company meetings and events.
- Develop and manage STAR tracking and reporting and reports/presentations for Management Team meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership on the development and execution of short and long-term business strategies and partnerships which exceed customer expectations across various channels and drive operating leverage in our profit and loss (P&L).
- Gather information for project-related research; analyze that information; and produce reports based on the analyses.
- Provide status reporting to management.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Three or more years' experience in sales and business project management.

- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop analytics and presentations.
