Institutional Wealth Services (IWS) is comprised of Graystone Consulting, Workplace Wealth, Corporate Retirement, and Corporate Cash.
Position Summary: The IWS Platform and Field Experience Associate Vice President will help manage and coordinate communications, marketing, client service, and field experience projects and initiatives related to work streams that support all businesses under the IWS umbrella. In this role you will need to partner with key stakeholders across the organization including marketing, compliance, legal, corporate communications and business and advisor networks.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Manage project and communication schedules, deliverables and deadlines; ability to edit/draft content as needed to support programs and initiatives.
- Create and coordinate collateral packages associated with FA recognition (press release, letter/email templates, social media)
- Enhance and maintain Intranet presence to help FAs improve business practices, readily find what they need, connect more easily with each other and the Home Office
- Identify, track and convey success metrics for each project or initiative.
- Establish and cultivate internal relationships to aid in navigating the firm effectively and efficiently when collecting information, responding to requests or setting meetings. Develop external relationships as needed.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance support of the business.
- Develop a training program for new Corporate Retirement Directors (CRDs) to help them understand how to position DC Consulting services
- Develop FA training specifically focused on our 3(38) discretionary services and capabilities
- Provide proactive communications to the CRDs
- Assist in managing the CRD Advisory Board calls and meetings
- Participate in developing the agenda and content for the annual CRD Forum
- Support broader initiatives focused on training and educating advisors on the full suite of retirement plan offerings
Qualifications Skills Required: · BA or BS required
· 5+ year related industry experience
· Microsoft Office (includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF proficiency
· Superior organizational, interpersonal and client service skills
· Flexible, team player with the ability to think creatively and strategically
· Solution oriented with the ability to problem solve, escalate (as needed), and juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills
· Deadline oriented and works well under pressure
· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
