Position Summary: The high impact role you have been looking for a registered broker-dealer, Huron Transaction Advisory (HTA) assists companies in executing strategic transactions, including M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, debt restructurings, and related transactions. We are consistently in the market executing middle-market transactions, and have expertise in special situations, healthcare and life sciences. These industry verticals compliment Huron's industry-leading consulting practices in the same industries. We are seeking a Vice President with experience in healthcare; specifically healthcare services and Healthcare IT.

As a Vice President, you will take a leadership role on multiple engagements and be responsible for delivering high quality results. You'll interact with senior executives, be involved in business development activities, and have the opportunity to manage workstreams and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications: Required: - Minimum of 5 years of investment banking advisory experience
- Transactional experience, including M&A and capital markets advisory
- Proficient in three statement financial modeling and composing marketing materials
- Series 7/79 and 63 licensed and in good standing
- Project management and client facing experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred: - Healthcare industry experience; in hospital systems, healthcare services and long-term care sectors
- MBA is preferred but not required
