We are looking for a strong Executive Assistant for the President that can thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, someone that can work successfully both independently and in a team setting. As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Supporting the President/COO as well as providing additional support for his direct reports as needed.
- Heavy calendaring of internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate time management and ability to prioritize competing requests
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with a strong attention to detail, anticipating transportation, lodging, meeting and communication needs while traveling. Track and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Takes initiative to lead special projects and implement company-wide processes with little or no supervision.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive material.
- Coordinates offsite events and company-wide projects, as well as provide back-up support to other team members when needed.
- Assists the talent acquisition team to schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidates when onsite for interviews.
- May prepare sales activity reports, forecast along with charts and graphs as requested.
- Ability to prepare standard and specialized presentations, include formatting and improving presentation layout.
- Keep up with the fast-paced, startup environment and adaptable to the growing pains of a new company.
- Ability to organize and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and off-site meetings.
Required Education and Experience: - 2 or 4-year university degree, 5 year's work experience or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
- Experience with Office 365 and other personal productivity software.
- Ability to understand basic legal documents.
- Mandarin or Spanish language skills are a big plus.
- Ideally, experience working in a growing, international business.
- Intellectually inclined; agile problem solving is a must!
