CHUBB OVERSEAS GENERAL
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Provide analytical support to the Chubb Overseas General Leadership (COG) team. Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, employee movement and ad hoc analyses on our 13,000 employees as requested by COG management.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual headcount and salary reports for COG management.
- Work with the Regional teams to validate the compensation data in the HRIS to ensure all Regional and Global reports are fully aligned.
- Design and prepare regular reports on turnover, employee movement and associated salary costs.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses using compensation, market or employment data as needed.
- Partner with Finance to complete quarterly accrual analyses and reports.
- Manage the COG HQ HR Budget.
- Work with HR to prepare compensation proposals for new hires and transfers.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and the business to explore problems, resolve issues, or offer solutions on matters related to compensation.
- Looks for and reports on trends to improve existing processes and optimize business performance
- Evaluates and interprets high data volumes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and validity. Ability to provide decision-making information to executives in a concise manner based on key insights identified in the detail of the data.
Qualifications - Demonstrated financial acumen
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, advanced problem-solving skills, and proficiency in working with global data sets

- Proficiency in PeopleSoft HRIS system or other similar HRIS system
- A second language a strong plus
- Bacheloregree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics required. An MBA and/or certificate in data science/analytics desired.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
