JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Vice President, North Region Lending
Reports to: Chief Lending Officer
Qualifications and Attributes Sought:
- 3-5 yearsperience in managing a sales team,

- Strong analytical skills as they relate to budgeting and fundraising.
- Strong supervisory and teamwork skills.
- Bacheloregree or equivalent experience with Masteregree preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and performance of the loan program in the respective area of the Stateor States. (budget, marketing, production, delinquency, charge-offs)
- Supervise all staff in the region
- Support training program designed for staff members
- Present to Executive Leadership
- Manage all materials, budgets and fundraising proceeds accurately and with integrity.
- Provide useful, timely and accurate reporting to LiftFund staff members, and other key stakeholders, as required.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all contribution dollars from individuals, grants, corporations and foundations that affect their lending region.
- Drive outstanding quality control, accuracy and timeliness of information reported internally and externally.
- Ensure effective relationships with all external and internal constituencies to promote and advocate LiftFund.
- Support development and implementation of office policies and procedures as they relate to the activities of the organization.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors.
- Ensure outstanding and consistent branding within organization.
- Inspire and motivate team members.
- Model leadership, excellence and results.
- Embrace and safeguard organizational mission, values, vision, and culture.
- Must have the ability to work some irregular hours.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
