This position is for our Market President in Omaha. The person that fills this position will manage the Commercial Banking function in Omaha as well as represent U.S. Bank in the Market. Supervises a team of loan officers/relationship managers on a portfolio of commercial accounts. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance. Solicits, develops, and services a wide variety of commercial loans and lines of credit, both secured and unsecured. Interviews loan applicants on very complex loans. Directs credit department's or junior officer's analysis of applicant's credit worthiness, makes decisions on loans at the highest lending limits. Monitors outstanding loans. Handles the most complex accounts and sensitive client relationships, and is trusted to make difficult credit decisions independently.
Specific Market President duties include activities such as being the spokesperson for the Bank in Omaha, lead business line meetings for the market, lead the foundation and advisory board and United Way efforts.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Bachelorr Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of commercial banking experience
