Job Description As a Regional Operations Assistant, you support the District Managers (DMs) in the region with the daily operations of their districts. You serve as a liaison between the DMs and the regional office, stores and home office, maintaining confidentiality. You also deliver world-class customer service to internal and external customers.

Essential Functions ovide administrative and operational support to the DMs, including booking travel and submitting expense reports.
- Generate, maintain and collect standard and ad hoc reports for the DMs.
- Serve as a resource for DMs and Store Managers on technical and policy issues related to travel, reporting, job posting, and other systems.
- Analyze data and prepare presentations for the DMs to communicate essential information.
- Make process recommendations and find efficiencies to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Support the DMs in the completion of Home Office requests.
- Serve as an administrative resource to stores on technical and policy issues related to business development.
- Assist with special projects, as needed.
- Provide the highest quality support to internal and external customers.
- Resolve to the customer's satisfaction any external and internal customer requests that are escalated.
- Maintain accurate and current talent maps for their districts.
- Create and manage requisitions and assist in screening resumes for open jobs.
- Prepare materials and provide logistical support for district-wide meetings.
Qualifications rong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays to align with store needs.
- Minimal travel to district meetings.
- At least two years of experience providing administrative support.
