Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Vice President, in the Herndon, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. This VP provides strategic direction to the division with an emphasis on advanced software development in support of Cyber activities. This individual must drive growth and ensure the attainment of Customer mission, employee goals and business results consistent with ManTech's strategy, mission and values.

The Cyber Operations and Exploitation Solutions (COES) Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced software capabilities to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer's success is driving our growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for providing Computer Network Operations/Computer Network Exploitation (CNO/CNE), Information Technology, Security and Program Protection, Intel Ops, and System Engineering and Analysis support to a broad array of DOD, IC and Law Enforcement Customers.
- Reports directly to the Senior Vice President / Business Unit General Manager.
- Provides line and program direction with responsibility, typically, for $100+ million annual revenue.
- Oversees 300+ direct/indirect employees/contractors with P&L responsibility.
- Builds organizational capabilities, conducts strategic planning, and makes decisions with other senior executives regarding critical business and overall strategic matters for the company.
- Leads Indirect/Corporate employees at this level, responsible for multiple key programs that have an on-going significant financial/business impact (Business Unit, Group- wide and/or Company-wide).
- Senior relationship manager for negotiating/resolving highly complex issues directly with top customer contacts.
- Responsible for collaborating with other Executives at this level to make short and long range decisions for the Company.
- Provide mission and values based leadership, direction, support and assistance to operating line to optimize operational effectiveness and strategic position.
- Maximize and coordinate across the Division. Openly collaborates with the other Division Managers in the Corporation.
- Establish and implement programs which cause the Group's organizations to be recognized in their markets as value based providers of professional services.
- Create an integrated and dynamic execution oriented organizational culture in step with corporate culture.
- Work with clients, industry and academic leaders to achieve Division, Business Unit and Group development goals.
- Recruit, manage and train the Division leadership team.
- Develop processes and procedures in coordination with corporate to allow team to be successful and effective.
Position Requirements: - The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years related work experience in relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility. This includes responsibility for all financial control, i.e. P&L, budget process, forecasting, etc.
- Must have exceptional customer interface skills to assist in the retention and enhancement of our product portfolio.
- Must have 10+ years proven experience working for government contractors with several years as an executive for an entire department and/or line of business.
- Must have provided professional services in at least two or more of the following: Intelligence Operations, Computer Network Operations/Computer Network Exploitation (CNO/CNE), Program Management, Agile Software Development, Information Technology, or System Engineering, for the DOD and/or Intelligence Agencies, with a proven track record of significant growth in revenue and profit.
- Must have comprehensive understanding of CNO/CNE and Title 10 and Title 50 customer authorities.
- Must be a strong and agile leader with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization.
- Must have a Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. A Masters in a similar field would be a plus.
Clearance Requirement:
- An active Top Secret Clearance is required, with the ability to obtain an SCI, current TS/SCI highly desired.
Qualifications Typically requires: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred); 15+ years of related professional experience; 10+ years managing specific area.
