The Role: We are seeking an innovative, highly experienced leader to join the Marketing Team as Vice President of Brand and Strategy.
Responsibilities: - Understand our market, our customers and major trends - and turn the data into actionable insight
- Drive intelligence and develop strategies, interlocking with all other marketing leaders and teams through defined processes
- Develop unified corporate vision and differentiated brand strategy [story, visual identity, voice, personality]
- Create clear and compelling messaging and thought leadership platforms
- Build immersive and amazing brand experiences for customers, partners and employees at every touch point
- Engage and fire-up our communities to create peer-peer sharing of perspectives and build our brand as a relationship
- Drive strategic high-impact events that bring brand to life, drive thought leadership and build sales momentum
- Be the voice of the customer and drive customer advocacy
- Measure and analyze our brand perception and value
- Influence and cascade corporate goals and strategies into marketing's goals and strategies, as well as report marketing's impact in critical forums
Requirements: - A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience with a background spanning some combination of marketing, advertising, consulting, research, and innovation
- Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree preferred
