The Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Brightview Senior Living is a strategic member of our senior leadership team.
In this role, you will lead and direct the overall sales & marketing functions to promote the Brightview brand to ensure that our communities meet occupancy and revenue objections. You will lead the development and implementation of Brightviewontinuous brand promotion through the creation and oversight of targeted marketing campaigns using a variety of mediums. You will lead the overall marketing strategy to include our company website, social media, collateral materials, mailings and other mediums to gain market penetration. You will also partner with the operations team to evaluate market rates, competition, economic indicators and other factors that influence pricing. You will develop and analyze metrics and tools to monitor occupancy, pipeline management, lead quality, outreach efforts, and other indicators of sales and marketing effectiveness; adjust strategies as appropriate in order to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives while partnering with the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Operations Team and the Regional Sales Managers.
This role will require an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a demonstrated successful history of positioning a regional healthcare company to achieve occupancy and revenue goals and the ability to build strong relationships and motivate others working in close partnership with senior leaders, operations, and sales to enhance our rybody Marketsd e Vibrantlture.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : - Bacheloregree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Masteregree preferred.
- Eight n years progressive experience in multi-site sales and marketing with at least three years in a senior leadership role. Experience in senior living or hospitality industries strongly preferred. Experience with CCRC marketing, start-ups, and/or expansion a plus.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Proven track record in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations initiatives.
- Established within the social media community, with a proven track record of utilizing social media to increase brand awareness
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills and detail orientation; ability to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing in a variety of formats and mediums.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals and groups; ability to present effectively to diverse and sometimes large audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to make and support collaborative decisions as well as make decisions independently.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet based applications.
- Strong orientation to older adults.
