We are currently seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to direct and oversee the HR and Payroll function while supporting the organizationverall mission. The company is in a fast growth mode and in the process if acquiring complimentary companies. This position will act as a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide guidance, direction and direct supervision to the HR, Payroll and Benefits teams.
- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organizationuman resource function and performance.
- Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans, with a strong emphasis on recruitment activity.
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization.
- Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
- Evaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
- Provide HR expertise and consultation to ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment practices.
- Lead compensation strategy, including annual updates, salary surveys, merit pool and market place adjustments. Provide guidance on incentive programs.

Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as a VP of HR or other senior HR role.
- Ability to influence executive level leadership.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Experience leading organization with high-volume recruitment needs.
- Experience with integrating work forces through acquisition.
- Experience with leading strategic HR projects.
- Masteregree in HR, Business or related field.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Minimum of 7 years HR experience required.
- Experience operating in multiples states / regulatory environments simultaneously.
- Experience in healthcare field helpful.
- May require travel to other business units on occasion.
