Witt/Kieffer is proud to partner with St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA in their search for a dynamic Vice President, Foundation/Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and manage all philanthropic activities of St. Mary Foundation. Reporting to the St. Mary CEO, the CDO will provide vision and leadership to the enable the Foundation to achieve its philanthropic goals and to create a comprehensive development operation. With 373 licensed beds and over $514 million in operating revenues, St. Mary Medical Center has been a recipient of the America's 100 Best Hospitals award for three consecutive years. St. Mary is also a member of Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation. Trinity serves people and communities in 22 states from coast to coast with 93 hospitals and services that span the continuum of care. The St. Mary CDO will also have a relationship to the new SVP, Philanthropy/CDO at Trinity Health.

This position requires an individual who has energy, passion, and a deep understanding of the art and science of philanthropy. We seek a strategic thinker who can develop and execute the plan, as well as having the ability to build positive rapport and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in fundraising and comprehensive knowledge of all major advancement functions, including the ability to solicit and close major gifts. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for the mission of Catholic, not- for-profit healthcare, are also needed for success.
