The Assistant Vice President, Facilities Management Planning & Services (AVP P&S) has overall responsibility for ensuring organizational-wide facility planning and services. The position provides strategic and operational direction for Fifth District Facilities customer services and relations, Tenant relations, and Branch Facility Operations. Responsibilities include developing the strategy, long-term initiatives, project budget and planning that impact Facilities Management and the Bank.
The position is responsible for managing budgets, planning and developing organizational structure and creating master facilities plan to meet current and future needs of the District. Tracks delivery of projects/construction for on time delivery, per specifications, and within budget and ensures regular communication with customers on project status.

Essential Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
· Responsible for the development of end-to-end solutions for end user customers.
· Responsible for support of Tenant relations including lease negotiations, construction needs, and ongoing Tenant services at all four District locations.
· Responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Provides leadership for customer relations by establishing regularly meetings with business units, functional leaders, department administrators, tenant contacts, and other key customers to monitor customer satisfaction
· Oversees the Bankacilities budget and master plan.
· Develops annual space forecast for all District locations to determine the amount of space available for lease.
· Works with FM leadership to create department, team, and individual goals and objectives to maintain relevant, competitive, and customer service oriented organization.
Qualifications Position Requirements · Bacheloregree in business or equivalent.
· Proven leadership experience.
· PMI certified Project Management a plus.
· Experience in using PMBOK methodologies in managing multi-million dollar, complex projects a plus.
· Prefer 8-10 years of building services, property management, tenant relations and/or project management experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects in complex environment
Knowledge & Skills · Requires demonstrated managerial and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of diverse teams. Effective oral and written communication skills required
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain customer relations.
· Demonstrated strategic thinking ability by the development and successful implementation of 3-5 year strategic plans
· Possess demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff members and develop a talent pipeline through succession planning.
· Ability to develop operational business objectives for staff that align with the Facilities Management strategic plan. Demonstrated ability to drive results.
· Ability to ensure staff adherence to Bank accounting, budgeting, procurement and legal policies and procedures
· Excellent analytical abilities, including reviewing and interpreting complex financial data
Solid understanding of Accounting/Financials for leasing agreements
· Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills
