Job Description As President of Blue 449, this position will oversee all facets of the agency, while providing executive oversight into areas including new business, strategy and planning. Additionally, the President will oversee Blue 449lobal proprietary toolkit, which includes Pathways, Touchpoints and CX Loop, combining the agencytrong communications planning product with innovative tools and data, further enhancing insight development and performance of clientsdia investments.
We are seeking a hands-on leader to work with our collaborative, dynamic and multifaceted professionals working across a variety leading media categories and clients including QSR, Retail, Financial, and telecommunications.
The President will report to the CEO, Blue 449 US and will be located in New York, NY.
Responsibilities: - Drive overall strategic vision and culture for Blue 449 with staff, clients and the community
- Oversee the evolution of new business strategy and overall product offerings, achieving 5% revenue increase year over year and 3-5% margin improvement
- Lead strategy for new business prospecting and pitching efforts to deliver conversion rates of 40%+ and support initial client relationship building
- Serve as Blue 449 USey spokesperson through thought leadership and participation in public relations activities
- Oversee client portfolio and direct the internal team resources in the most effective and efficient manner
- Maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention as primary point of contact for senior-most clients, ensure direct reports maintain positive, strong relationships with senior and junior level clients as appropriate
- Lead client ideation and creativity, partnering with creative, digital and other agencies
- Provide leadership, inspiration and direction to teams working on various client accounts
- Ensure that all clients receive full value from Blue 449esources within the parameters of service/compensation agreement
- Direct and nurture the development, presentation and maintenance of communication plans, including insight development, strategic initiatives, big/relevant ideas, updates and point-of-views (POVs) on client proposals
- Create a Culture of Collaboration via Blue 449pen Source Method by collaborating with internal teams and other agency partners to develop insights and brand extensions through evaluations and recommendations of cross-platform and merchandising concepts
- Proactively pivot company offerings driving content, data, tech and analytics solutions.
Qualifications

- Minimum 15 years of media experience with extensive planning knowledge and demonstrated ability to convert new business and lead client retention
- Superior client service experience with proven ability to provide strategic media plans
- Experience across all Media, Analytics, Content, Social and Performance
- Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to translate numbers into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables
