We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our office in Dublin, CA!
Responsibilities As a strategist and consultant, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the Chief Product Officer.
- Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Product Team
- Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
- Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the execution of strategic initiatives and projects
- Perform high level administrative support including; calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports
- Assist in preparation of presentations, correspondence, metrics, charts, tables and graphs
- Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, presentations, and agendas
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all information
- Manage other duties and projects as needed
Travel Expectation: up to 25%
Qualifications - Bacheloregree with a strong academic record preferred
- 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven mastery of Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Adaptability and ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast paced environment
- Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments within a company - to include working with several field offices, domestic and international
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify and develop solutions
- High attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with all levels of staff within the organization, as well as individuals outside of the organization
- Able to display high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Able to manage confidential information
