Our client, one of the top staffing firms in the world, is looking for an AVP based in Minneapolis to oversee a network of Mountain-West market branches. Must be a sales driving, strategic leader.
Compensation includes a six figure base salary and a highly lucrative bonus plan.
Requirements Include:
- Oversight of multiple branches and field sales staff
- P&L oversight of at least $30M or more
- Excellent, proven ability to drive results through leadership
- Must possess a " player/coach" mentality, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your team
- A minimum of eight years combined industry related operations and sales experience including at least two years in a managerial role generally required
- Bachelor' s degree or equivalent
