VICE PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR - INVESTMENT BANKING ADVISORY GROUP
Vice President/Director - Investment Banking Group: CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors is seeking to hire a talented professional to help fuel the continued growth of the firm's Investment Banking group. We are currently accepting applications for a Vice President/Director role.

CliftonLarsonAllen has the merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory and investment banking expertise to help business owners market and successfully sell their business. Our investment banking professionals design and manage a customized process, creating competitive tension to optimize valuations and non-economic terms.
Primary Responsibilities CLA's Investment Banking Group was formed in 2014 and is very dynamic and entrepreneurial. Professional will work directly with the Managing Director/Group Head and investment banking clients on a daily basis. The professional will have exposure to a broad range of investment banking activities, including:
- Senior-level engagement execution on assignments across U.S. and possibly internationally
- Daily responsibilities for developing junior resources and building a strong team
- Internal and external marketing to help grow the CLA IB brand internally and externally
- Basic Investment Banking analysis (trading and transaction comparables, DCF and LBO modeling, research)
- Participate in preparation of firm presentations, client offering memoranda, and client management presentations
- Contact database maintenance, marketing support
- General office and management support

Requirements Qualifications - Experience leading M&A engagements from start to finish
- Minimum 5 years of relevant full time work experience in middle market or lower middle market M&A advisory, with extensive front-line execution experience
- Strong interpersonal skills (sales experience is a definite advantage) and high level of ethics and integrity
- Proven ability to interact with clients and others in a professional manner
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Solid writing and overall communication skills are mandatory
- Strong knowledge Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Undergraduate or graduate degree with minimum 3.7 GPA
