The Assistant Director of Budget and Human Resources for the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid (OAFA) is a high-level administrative position with both financial management and human resources responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of a variety of University and OAFA policies and procedures. The Assistant Director will handle the budget and financial decisions that will affect an over 12 million dollar operating budget and ... but is not limited to monitoring and reporting on all financial activity in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. In addition, the Assistant Director will be responsible providing guidance and analysis of classifications of current positions, while providing consulting to the OAFA management by developing job descriptions and ensuring salary equity is maintained. The Assistant Director will work in consultation with the Director of Budget and Human Resources and a daily basis.
