Job Summary Purpose of Position
With the objective to facilitate new business revenue growth, the individual is responsible to enable the sales teams with tools to help effectively pursue target accounts, position the company, enhance brand awareness, increase recognition and participation in market opportunities and facilitate new business. The individual is responsible for planning and executing Company's marketing plan in a specific geography (in this case US market). The individual will work very closely with the sales teams (New Business and Existing Clients) and be an integral part of the selling process. They will work with other worldwide marketing teams to leverage best practices, learning, tools and material for their local market. This individual will provide creative production, strategic messaging, customized points-of-contacts (presentations, site visits, proposal support, invitations, events, etc.-the extraordinary), event management, social selling/engagement, digital marketing services to the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
- Create content/tools to assist selling teams (new and existing business) in presenting proposition and closing opportunities. To include presentation, case studies, site profiles, videos etc,
- Assist Business Development and SAM teams with developing and presenting compelling propositions to their clients
- Develop creative for all manner of media (presentations, videos, brochures etc.)
- Planning and management of trade shows, summits, briefings, webinars, client conference etc. to ensure proper leverage of event for lead generation, branding and/or client engagement.
- Assist local markets and region with public relations efforts at the local/regional level. Liaise with Global PR team.
- Facilitate communication internally to keep key stakeholders informed and externally to promote/position the company.
- Ensure consistency of brand usage internally and externally - bring to life our brand Manage the company's social reputation and presence - leverage for communications and demand generation.
- Coordinate and own media production agencies, platforms and other creative media solutions
- Assist with product/service/vertical launches including the strategy, messaging, and preparation of sales training material, presentations, sales collateral.
- Track metrics and success criteria for all their creative marketing activities.
- Be a role model for the company culture.
- Work with global marketing teams to ensure company communications are disseminated in a timely matter.

Qualifications: Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing experience in comparable industries (particularly services industry)
- Management experience required (people and process)
- Experience with all manner of presentations a must.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, account management, client services and executives.
- Expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or other desktop publishing) and/or video content creation a plus
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and works well with a team and with a range of people

- Marketing or related degree. M.B.A. preferred
