Job Title: VP Account Executive HRA Sales

Position Summary: This position is responsible for a book of business of defined contribution plans that are made up of client relationship. Additionally, the Account Executive HORAN Retirement Advisors Sales is responsible for all new business sales activities for HORAN, from lead generation to close. The objective is to serve as the contact for all clients and manage, educate, resolve issues, and build relationships in order to strengthen and build client base.
Core Responsibilities: - Develop a marketing plan detailing activities to be followed which will allocate allotments of time to develop maximum lead activity from all resource channels.
- Develop business and high-level contact relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Executive staff and Human Resource professionals.
- Develop prospect leads to present HORAN 401(k) capabilities to generate proposals and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Conduct and participate in client/prospect oriented seminars.
- Develop meaningful relationships with advisors and centers of influences to help build the business.
- Attend office sales training programs
Qualifications: - 4-year degree from an accredited University
- Minimum 4-5 years of successful sales experience in outside sales, business to business sales or business development, focused on 401(k) business.
- Health and Life License preferred
- Series 6 & 63 required.

- Desire to increase core knowledge by achieving additional designations, such as Certified 401(k) Professional, or C(k)P.
- Complete annual Firm Element and FINRA continuing education as required.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team selling environment.
- An individual of high integrity with good judgment skills, and who is committed to doing the right thing for their clients.
- Broad understanding of retirement benefits, including regulations and plan design.
