As LoanFlight continues to expand, we are looking to add a Mortgage Market Vice President to our team of forward-thinking, technology driven mortgage professionals. The key role of the Market Manager will be to to facilitate growth within major markets by building and leading a team of all-star Loan Originators.
Responsibilities - Manage continuous growth within a particular region by recruiting and developing top producing Loan Originators
- Ensure learning and development of Loan Officers through mortgage industry, sales and lead generation training
- Responsible for coaching a team of Mortgage Bankers in correspondence with LoanFlight's company policies and values
- Cultivate and retain an effective sales team to exceed monthly origination goals and develop relationships within the market
- P&L opportunities for top candidates
What you'll need - NMLS State License required with minimum 2 years of loan origination experience
- Experience training and managing teams in the mortgage industry
- Ability to originate and override team production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to collaborate
- Forward-thinking & innovative attitude
