Ensure successful growth of all Retail Technologies offerings and be a key strategic partner to the President, building the infrastructure for a successful long term Retail Technologies business.
Meet or exceed all revenue and gross margin targets for the Retail Technologies business.
Define the sales strategy and build the required foundational processes, competencies, and infrastructure to successfully accomplish objective #1 above. This will include identifying and managing external channel partners in addition to internal capabilities and competencies.
Submit appropriate paperwork and reports as required, e.g., funnel management, activity reports, annual business plans, forecasts, project plans, project status updates.
Work closely with other functional groups (e.g., operations, technology, Hussmann, Panasonic) to successfully and profitably grow the Retail Technologies business and deliver on customer expectations.
Work closely with the President to define and build the required foundational processes, competencies, and infrastructure to start, grow, and report the progress of the Retail Technologies business.
Participate in the strategic and business planning conversations as a valued member of the team.

Bacheloregree required
10+ years of demonstrated sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in a combination software and hardware sales and service environment. SaaS experience highly beneficial.
Demonstrated outstanding problem solving abilities.
Must have excellent project management skills and a proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar).
Sound understanding of financial principles and financial statements
Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
