As a VP Project Team Manager, you will support the Global Trust & Estates Practice by managing a small project team and driving the execution of technology enhancements for various systems/tools. Projects will involve participants from cross functional teams in different locations. Project work typically has a substantial impact to the business and is geared towards revenue enhancement, cost reduction, risk mitigation, process improvement or other priorities as defined by management.
Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of the trust & estates products and requirements to support strategic goals and unique needs of the business.
- Partner with various business groups, functional teams and technology plan team in US to assess, define, and recommend
- Lead, manage, and evaluate end to end delivery of multi-year initiatives.
- Strategic planning experience.
- Outstanding project management, leadership and organizational skills.
- Outstanding influence and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technology acumen.
- Possess a deep understanding of asset management/ private banking / industry
- Knowledge of trust and estate products. Understandings of administrative and operational risk inherit in trust structures.
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment: investments, service, technology, risk management, legal, operations in order to deliver optimal solutions.
- Ability to perform in a high pressured and fast paced environment
- 10+ years asset management/private banking experience.
- Previous end to end strategic application rollout experience, specifically Agile methodology.
- 10+ years track record in delivering cross functional, cross location projects.
