Vice President of Medical Imaging Needed for Hospital in Pennsylvania Hospital in Pennsylvania seeking a permanent Vice President of Imaging to be responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, development and operations of imaging services through our hospitals, ASCand out-patient clinics.
Basic job description but not limited to:
- Oversee performance and profitability of our Radiology physician team,
- Manage Imaging team members performance,
- Analyze individual and team performance against key performance indicators and metrics,
- Foster an environment of candor and collaboration.
- Provide leadership and direction in developing a culture of high reliability through rapid, cross-functional problem-solving toward zero defects.
