Position Summary: The Senior Vice President, Member Services is the executive accountable for directing Kinecta Federal Credit Unionales, service, and member experience functions. The incumbent is accountable for assuring Kinectaong-term success through the formulation and execution of strategies and business plans that position Kinecta as the financial institution of choice for an expanding member base. The Senior Vice President, Member Services reports to the EVP, Chief Operating Officer. The position works with all executive staff to set goals, develops programs to attain these goals and is authorized to take reasonable actions necessary to carry out the assigned responsibilities of the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Evaluates the environment for executive and functional trends.
- Works with peers in a collaborative environment to ensure all corporate business targets are met.
- Supports positive Board, Committee and Volunteer relations based on communication and collaboration, executive leadership, and effectiveness in supporting the Boardovernance philosophy and process.
- Be the ce of the memberd the primary advocate for quality service and product development and support.
- Ensures the effective planning, development and implementation of the division strategies and business plans, which support and contribute to Kinectaverall vision and strategy.
- Provides executive direction and leadership to the division, assuring achievement of the goals and objectives established to meet the needs and expectations of current and potential members and the evolving requirements of Kinectaponsors.
- Establishes performance requirements and development targets for the divisionanagement team; monitor performance regularly and provide coaching and developmental support. Plan compensation and other rewards to recognize performance.
- Monitors division performance on critical success indicators; work with the divisionanagement team to identify and overcome the causes of under-performance and to press for process and performance improvement targets.
- Provide actionable, ongoing sponsorship for quality member service improvement by maintaining focus, setting critical priorities, providing resources and monitoring implementation processes to assure performance targets are achieved.
- Exercises executive leadership to assure that the division management team receives development and training experiences consistent with Kinectaeadership development philosophy and future requirements for high caliber executive and management talent.
- Coordinates and directs the development, implementation and achievement of the divisionudget and operating plans.
- Continuously promotes cross-department and cross-division planning, coordination, communication and support.
- Represents Kinecta as a writer, speaker and ambassador at educational, political and industry related events and functions.
Required Skills - Knowledge of financial services industry or credit union industry, including industry leaders, the legislative environment, and understanding of credit union product development opportunities.
- Knowledge of all credit union business products and services as it relates to all businesses and market segments.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent written and oral skills.

- Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations using sound, independent judgment within general policy and legal guidelines.

Required Experience - Bacheloregree in related field; MBA preferred.
- Ten years of sales and marketing experience including managing a group of sales and marketing professionals.
- Knowledge of financial services industry or credit union industry, including industry leaders, the legislative environment, and understanding of credit union product development opportunities.
- Knowledge of all credit union business products and services as it relates to all businesses and market segments.
