Position Description Position Purpose The Vice President, Marketing & Customer Solutions, as part of the North America executive team, will define the strategy and drive execution of marketing activities and new product & solution innovations to support the delivery of growth objectives of the North America business. This role is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and execution through effective product management / innovation, demand generation, market insights, integrated marketing / multichannel marketing and sustainability across the business.

Major/Key Accountabilities
Drives a fully integrated marketing strategy by delivering best in class solutions through effective product management, value proposition development, customer insights & segmentation, lead generation, customer solutions development and delivery, and multichannel integrated marketing.
Leads the Product Management team in the development and execution of strategic platform portfolio growth plans, including platform portfolio prioritization by segment, life cycle analysis, and platform commercialization with customers to meet the 5 year strategic plan.
Manage Insights function which evaluates market and competitive data to extract key trends and identify emerging business opportunities or risks based upon segmentation. Combines this information with corporate specific business knowledge, and develops actionable business insights to support continued strategic sales growth. Insights include Competitive, Industry, Pricing, and Customer/NPS.
Develop and lead the teamxecution of the Solutions strategy to enable long-term growth of the business through differentiation. This includes the identification and delivery of customer solutions to help our customers reduce waste across the supply chain through value and service based offerings.
Direct Demand Generation team leveraging segmentation, insights, market share information, other data, and direct marketing to enable the required company growth. Provide qualified leads, control, and sales funnel reporting to ensure continued growth targets are achieved.
Leads a team which delivers the development and execution of an Integrated Marketing communications strategy across multiple external channels including, web, social, SEO, PR, and various content channels for the North America business.
Engage with Industry associations to position CHEP as a thought leader at key leadership forums and trade associations; appropriately represent CHEP as a supply chain solutions company that is aligned with our customerseds with a unique and valued solutions set.

Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bacheloregree or higher, preferably with MBA

Proven ability to lead transformational change within the organization and continue to improve marketingontribution with measurable results.
