Qualifications & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Senior Vice President Executive Creative Director is responsible for partnering directly with senior management in leading the entire creative product through the development of national consumer promotions & Shopper Marketing concepts & execution. The SVP, Executive Creative Director will also be instrumental to new business pitches, presenting layouts and storyboards. The SVP, Executive Creative Director must be conceptual, constructive, and committed to clientision & success.
The SVP, Executive Creative Director will manage, direct, inspire, and lead the team to ensure creative excellence and ensure best in class creative across a variety of consumer touch points.
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide a high level of conceptual leadership on creative projects from starting point through execution
- Present concepts, ideas, and completed product to clients and colleagues
- Partner with digital team members to foster integration: promotion, digital, social, in-store, events, mobile, video, and TV
- Lead brainstorm sessions and internal/client presentations
- Place an emphasis on creating dramatic results for clientrands
- Actively participate in the growth and development of the creative team including evaluating talent when recruiting as well as conducting employee reviews and career development
Technical Requirements - Fluent in todayechnologies and media with respect to design and marketing
Preferred Qualifications - Maintain awareness of cutting-edge practices throughout the industry to keep current with innovations
