Our Vice President position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The Vice President will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The Vice President is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.
We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Associate or Vice President to join our Global Healthcare group focusing on biopharmaceuticals in our San Francisco, CA office.

- Approximately 2+ years of Investment Banking experience at the Associate level or 1 year of experience at the Vice President level
- An MBA from a top tier business school preferred, but not required
- M&A transaction experience
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- Strong client management skills
