VP, HR SYSTEMS

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Vice President of HR Systems. This role provides governance and strategic direction for our HR systems and data management, which includes planning, designing, and executing solutions that supports the needs of our business. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills as this role will work directly with HR leaders, IT and Finance Officers, and Legal to align business needs to technological efficiencies.
Job Description Lead the design, implementation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of our global HR systems
Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT colleagues, at both the corporate and agency levels, to develop an ongoing, cohesive HR system and data management strategy that accommodates the needs of our agencies globally
Actively research opportunities for continuous improvement whether that be system enhancements and upgrades or exploring new vendors
Develop communications strategies and material to create clarity and understanding around HR systems and be able to present to a technical and non-technical audience
Establish and maintain audits to ensure data integrity and compliance are met
Partner with Legal on data privacy matters and other HR-related industry standards & compliance requirements
Maintain vendor relationships including billing and support
Qualifications Qualifications Bacheloregree and at least 10 years of experience in HRIS
Prior experience with large-scale HR systems implementations with proven ability to lead projects through the entire implementation lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple HRIS related projects
A strong influencer that can drive change management. Our systems are shared globally amongst our agencies. Having the ability to drive decision-making with senior leadership at our agencies is a critical skill. Current or past experience at a global organization with various brands is a plus.
Must have a core understanding of HR business processes particularly in recruitment
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter and have a l up the sleevesntality
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills desired

PeopleSoft HCM Version 9 and working knowledge of PeopleSoft Query
Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition and Oracle Business Intelligence
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus
