Information Technologies seeks candidates for the Associate Vice President of IT Strategic Operations position. The AVP of IT Strategic Operations (IT-SO) provides leadership for the business, budget, finance, facilities, human resources, and strategic planning and governance functions of the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology and the Information Technologies division.

The AVP will provide leadership and oversight in the development of new IT costing and funding models and will oversee project management, service management, contract negotiations and IT procurement. This position also will provide leadership and oversight in the establishment of a new IT governance structure. Additionally this role will be the operational lead for IT business operations (budget, facilities planning, and human resources). The AVP will build a collaborative team that supports the efficient and professional maturation processes and policies of the IT division.

This position requires a Bacheloregree and 10+ years of experience in a strategic, departmental leadership role in Client Relations, Communications, and/or IT Operations. Masteregree preferred.
