This is a highly visible position that assists with administrative oversight and provides administrative support to the Regional President. Performs reception duties and receives and relays incoming, outgoing, and internal calls and refers messages to appropriate parties. Maintains records and logs. Refers non-routine questions and inquiries to supervisor. Communicates and builds rapport with all levels of leadership and staff throughout the organization including department directors, managers and clinical/non-clinical team members as well as community leaders, physicians, visitors, family members, patients and the community at large. Organizes and plans other support services as required including managing calendar, event planning, preparing reports and financial data.
Qualifications Education - AA Required, Bachelor's Preferred
Experience - 8-10 years of experience providing administrative support to department director(s) or top level executives
- Previous Executive Level Experience preferred

Skills Must possess excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be sensitive to the needs of all team members, visitors and patients and have the ability to prioritize and process responsibly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail oriented. Advanced computer knowledge specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook -email/calendar).
