Title Executive Assistant - Vice President, Chief Merchandise Officer

Job Description This role will provide advanced and diverse administrative support for the Vice President, Chief Merchandise Officer. Manage executive schedules, coordinate all aspects of travel planning, plan meetings, and events. More importantly, he/she will build relationships throughout the organization, exercise judgment and discretion, handle complex and difficult situations diplomatically.

Essential Functions nage the Vice President's calendar to ensure a productive and positive flow to the day's activities.
- Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
- Schedule meetings with both internal and external clients ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and making sure the executive knows where they need to be and when.
- Conduct phone and email correspondence.
- Assist in condensing and manipulating reports using MS Excel to make relevant information easily accessible.
- Develop a system of filing and organizing information to easily track reports and other documents necessary to the department.
- Keeping up with office supply inventory and organizing internal and external mail.
- Interact with employees of all levels and executives in the industry of all levels.
Qualifications gh level of organizational ability and attention to detail demonstrated in previous work experience.
- MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to interface with a variety of people and represent the Company in a professional manner.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Educational Requirement - Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting an executive in a corporate environment.
- Administrative experience in retail preferred.
