The Senior Vice President of AOD Infrastructure & Cyber Security is an executive role with ownership of the global infrastructure, networking and cyber security for a 7X24X365, global, multi-data center environment that supports SaaS and Platform payments software applications, software services and integrated 3rd parties.
This leader oversees 5 distinct functional areas: networking, infrastructure/storage, cyber-security, vulnerability management and tools/monitoring. This role requires a transformational leader who will drive innovation and automation across the end to end data center environment. His/her deep grasp on industry best practices will enable them to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support new processes, tools and solutions to achieve better business results.
He/she ensures the availability, performance, resiliency, scalability and security of complex, technical, customer facing data center environments, and prevents customer impacting events. Every interruption in data center delivered services impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty, and may impede business growth.
This leader will:
- Determine the functional strategy and transformation plan, drive operational execution and achieve business results that will help drive AOD growth, revenue and improve AOD profitability.
- Formulate an AOD cyber-security strategy in accordance with ISO, PCI-DSS, NIST, FFIEC, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain information security controls in accordance with ACI policy and standards.
- Design and implement ongoing improvements and modernization in data center architecture.
- Drive operational excellence and automate and/or eliminate manual processes and handoffs.
- Materially improve data center monitoring, dash boarding and reporting capabilities. Ensure key metrics on data center performance are highly visible and available.
- When triage or outage events occur, this leader and his/her organization will engage immediately and take a strong leadership role in the swift assessment and remediation of incidents. He/she will ensure we have an industry leading playbook in place so all parties know what, when and how, in order to minimize the customer impact and reduce mean time to restore (MTTR).
- This leader will know the right questions to ask, to lead teams in the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Incident resolution could include providing short term fixes to temporary resolve issues, and long-term fixes to permanently resolve issues.
- As appropriate, AOD Infrastructure and Security personnel will participate in root cause analysis, documentation and remediation. This team may work directly with customers during triage events, and/or present updates to customers after the incident.
- Have a strong understanding of DevOps concepts. He/she will extend the Agile mindset and principles throughout AOD Network/infrastructure to facilitate iterative collaboration, cross-functional teamwork and a shared focus on driving results.
- This leader collaborates across the business, interacts with senior level management and may participate in customer calls or in person visits. He/she and must leverage strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills to be successful.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES - Partners with the ACI Leaders within AOD including Product Management, Implementations, Support and Customer Success and ensures that operational shared services functions and performance align with the P&L strategies and objectives. Key output measurements of success include achieving AOD P&L revenue and profitability goals, demonstrating significant improvements in customer loyalty and satisfaction, continually improving efficiency and profitability of the delivery functions.
- Collaborates with Global Information Security (GIS) and ACI Physical Security to achieve high operational and information security standards that distinguishes and differentiates ACI. Keeps abreast of innovative technologies and their adoption to further security of operations.
- Advises Product Management and Product Development on NFR requirements that will drive continuous improvement in application availability, performance and supportability. Influences product roadmap decisions.
- Reduces handoffs across data center and AOD functions.
- Keeps current with industry best practices. Researches and evaluates new processes and technologies to improve the data center performance.
- Supports a culture of compliance in close partnership with ACIorporate Accounting, Legal, Risk Management and GIS teams. This leader ensures we have the right resources in place (people, process, tools) to monitor the changing regulatory environment, understands what certifications are required or desired to support commercial needs, and supports ongoing SOX, PCI, FFIEC, internal audit and other regulatory body guidelines.
- Responds to customer audit requests by agreed upon dates.
- Partners with designated human resources business partner, to drive recruiting strategies, and acquire, develop, train and progress the careers of the leadership staff. The executive creates an environment that supports employee engagement.
- Plans and then delivers on Operational and Capital expense budgets on or below plan. Works with the designated FP&A personnel to report on monthly, quarterly and annual performance against plan. Handles expense challenges, as required. Continually looks for opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and ultimately drive AOD profitability.
- Stewardship of One ACI including site, events, and communications.
- Understands, adheres to and enforces all corporate policies including, but not limited to, ACIode of Ethics and Global Information Security.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
