Citionsumer Digital Payments team is responsible for driving the digital payments strategy across all of Citionsumer bank businesses. The team drives the design and development of innovative digital commerce and money transmission payment solutions to ensure Citi is continuously addressing the evolving needs of its customers. The team also negotiates and manages strategic industry partnerships to create differentiating value propositions for Citiayment solutions. As the global payments landscape evolves rapidly, the team is uniquely positioned to leverage Citilobal scale to deliver solutions that Citilients and partners demand and deserve. GDP also leads the management of Citilobal relationship with payment network partners such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. These networks play a critical role in the definition of the future paymentandscape and the team ensures we maximize those relationships
Responsibilities: The Vice President of Global Conversions Performance Management is responsible for managing global work streams to execute Citilobal payment network strategy and tracking performance against targets. The role is based in Global Networks team within Global Digital Payments Organization. Key responsibilities include:
Track the performance of network converted cards portfolio and proactively identify and manage performance issues.
Work with Decision management teams across the markets to develop KPI metrics on Conversion.
Partner with conversion market leads to Identify, develop and disseminate best practices across all markets and establish a forum to share progress/knowledge across all key global stakeholders
Partner with Citi colleagues in the regions and markets to successfully execute on Conversion goals.
Leverage the strategic network assets to drive value to Citi and our customers
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the payment cards industry, strong analytical and project management skills and a comfort level working with global colleagues across different time zones.
Qualifications 8+ years business experience, particularly in an analytical function within financial services.
Bacheloregree required, MBA preferred
Familiarity with the payment cards P&L and prior experience in large scale cards conversion project a plus
Broad business knowledge and customer focus with an ability to leverage analytics to drive business decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partnerships
Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
Must be familiar with MIS reporting, profit and loss statements and fundamental analytic tactics
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
