A growing, nationwide boutique hotel company is looking to add a Vice President of Operations to their Napa Valley office. This new position is being added on to keep up with expansion and growth plans and will be directly responsible for 4-6 properties. The ideal candidate is an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit that is looking to get in to a great company at its infancy stage.
Position Requirements: 5+ years of multi property experience
Experience with boutique and/or independent brands (branded-only experience will not qualify)
Full service property experience
Strong food and beverage background
Ability to travel nationwide
Ability to commute to or relocate to the Napa Valley area
Self-managing and self-motivated
Compensation Package: $160,000 - $190,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus bonus plan, health benefits, and significant growth opportunities.
