Director, Program Development and Management

We are seeking a dynamic individual with varied experiences who has an understanding of the philanthropic landscape and strong product and project management skills. The individual should have relationship management experience and a proven ability to work independently towards achieving business objectives through P&L management and/or common innovation processes.

The Expertise WeLooking For

· Demonstrated expertise working with on new business development with a solid understanding of common product management and development principles.

· Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven recommendations.

· MBA preferred, or other advanced degree

· Deft project management skills with ability to deliver complex projects while demonstrating strong partnership skills across business teams such as service, sales and relationship management, marketing, and legal.

· Successful start-up experiences, and/or familiarity with lean start-up practices, design thinking or other innovation driving processes, a plus.

· Cross-organizational Fidelity experience a plus.

The Purpose of Your Role

Fidelity Charitable (FC) is looking for a Director, Program Development and Management to be focused primarily on developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our donor base. Reporting to Vice President, Programs, this individual will lead support efforts to strengthen existing donor programs and help expand the relationship with and breadth of offerings available to Personal Investing (PI) clients at Fidelity. Specifically this individual will have shared responsibility for helping Fidelity Charitable better integrate with PIdvice Offering. The individual will also support and evaluate opportunities for developing deeper partnerships with other strategic Fidelity businesses. The individual will also have responsibility to assist fellow program managers and their programs. This individual will also contribute analysis and assessment of the end-to-end offering for smaller balance accounts, and other programmatic opportunities on the donor program roadmap.

· Researching and identifying opportunities to enhance existing programs and develop new ones

· Developing program reporting in partnership with service and analytics

· Developing program communication and education content in partnership with marketing
