- 7+ years' experience providing a broad range of SALT services including research, consulting and structuring, creation of technical memorandums, and client correspondence
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA CMI, Master's in Taxation or Law Degree
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively while working on multiple projects and priorities
